I have a 35 gallon water box with a Nero 5 pump/wavemaker. I am having trouble figuring out the gph it should run at/ the high/low percentages it should be at. I will have clownfish pair and soft/maybe LPs coral in the tank. Pls help thx.

If the fish are always swimming hard to remain in place then you have too much flow. Aiming the powerhead at the surface or towards another adjacent wall can help diffuse the flow energy if it is too much.
