Hey guys I’m an employee of a retail pet shop. This snail came in on my frag shipment and was found on the wall of the frag tank the next day. Anyone know what kind it is and if it’s reef safe?

I disagree. It looks more like a Dove snail, which stay small and can thus graze algae larger snails cannot. They can also breed prolifically (but I see that as a good thing, plus there is high demand these snails).
If that is the case. Which from pictures online seems right. I’ll be breeding them at hone for my local fish shop. I’ve never seen them before so I’m sure he’d love to sell them
