I believe most angel fish eats sponges, but probably with that is, it will also eat your zoas. Lol. Though some wrasses I've seen pecking at it. Imo, it's easier, reef safe, and faster to just pull out the frag and clean it yourself.Thanks everyone! I guess they’re sponges.
Do they have natural predators? Otherwise I can pull the rock out and just let it be exposed to air for a while
