So do a water change filter the water through a 10 microns sock and put back in the tank. Blow the junk off and filter then out. Let's get these Id . A uv may help depending on species .

Yeah I need to get microscope too! I’m going to try and take a sample to my LFS this weekend to see if they can help identify

I would stop doing water changes and suck out whatever you can with a diatom filter if you have one. If not, use a canister filter. But don't change water or add any chemicals.

Since it’s not mainly in the sand, a UV sterilizer, along with increased nutrients, will likely help. Read the first page of mcarroll dino thread. I ID’d my dinos with the $12 microscope suggested in the thread.

Agree with @Paul B. When I had dino I didn't change water for two months. Something in the salt mix seems to encourage dino growth. So I filtered water through 10 micron sock into a bucket and dumped it back into a tank. The diatom filter would have been easier.

Don’t have a diatom filter but will look into this...

Any particular recommendations?
