Looks like egg mass from a sea hare.
Do you have a sea hare?

I’ve removed it from the rock but leaves in the net in the water , what I have to do with it ? Release it in the tank or in the refugium ? Or do not release it ?

They likely won’t hatch
Fish may eat it, otherwise siphon and discard

checking some pictures on the web about spaghetti worm and sea hare eggs,i think they looks more like the eggs, how they were on the rock , dimensions and color
I agree:). Sorry - I tried to suggest that in my post. Its just that most people don't keep sea hares - so without knowing that to me it look(ed) like a certain type of spaghetti worm - I'm interested - can you post a picture of your hare?

May I ask why you got the sea hare in a two month old tank . Do you have bad algae??, this is my tank, I took it to prevent and to help with algae, when I will get them
I saw it to the store and I get it for when I will get algae, just prevention, this is may tank, I have some algae , but I don't think it's a bad situation for a 2 months old tank, but with this kind of algae it doesn't help because they don't come off from the rocks, i've tried to scrape them off during the water change but nothing , the sea hare is not lucky either with those, but on the sand it does a wonderful job
In the second picture is working under the rock

O Lord. You only need a seahare for a tank like this.

It basically has nothing to eat in your tank . Imo
I didn't know it lol , I took it in anticipation of the ugly stage, I don't know if it already started , or its comign soon, i'm new in the reef ...

The tank looks clean , and is just going through its stages of getting mature .
A sea hare is an algae eating machine, and will need nori or some kind of extra food in that tank !!
Get lots of snails they will keep it under control.
