How was it acclimated? How long until you noticed a decline?
Was acclimated for about 3 hours, I didn’t want to risk anything so that’s why I decided to go for that long. I noticed a decline about a week and a half ago. He still eats and everything but the colour shift and deflating has been a big concern for me

Orion is your guy, I'm just pulling info...
What else is in the tank? Post more pics of it and the rest of the tank. Some in white light also
Here you go!

If you were feeding too much and big chunks of food that can lead to a bacterial infection as the food can start to rot before the nem can fully digest it. They really only need to eat about once per month. And as fun as it is to hold out a big chunk of cocktail shrimp and watch the nem devour it - smaller foods like mysis are a safer option and provide the needed nutrition.

My dad was feeding the nem these last few weeks as I was away for school but it was fed everyday which was a mistake. Now I’ll be feeding it once or twice a month now and the nem has always been fed mysis shrimps.

Do you think that may be the issue? I’m looking for treatments regarding that right now
