What to do with a clone

My green with orange tip anemone split and I would like to sell the clone. What can I do to keep it from anchoring itself before I can get rid it?

float it in a plastic vegtable strainer

Put in in a plant basket.Works very good.But I wouldnt move it till it was all healed up.
