What to do...

All the zoas that are flat are on the sandbed and I want to get rid of them because they are beginning to climb up the glass. Any suggestions on how to remove them and what to do with them once removed?

That's alot of Zoas! To get them off the glass you can take a razor blade and very carefully scrape them off. As for the sand do they pull up as a sheet?

Wow. That's crazy. I like zoas but will not get any for that reason! As to removal....try removing as a sheet like Zack said

I would pull them up off of the sand (carefully, be careful not cut or injure them for your own sake), and then tie them down to a rock with a rubber band. Give it a few weeks, and you'll have one awesome rock for sale or trade!

The ones on the sand are just sitting on the sand.

I would just cut the mat with a razor blade around He rock structure and remove, then cut the mat into smaller portions for frags. When you decide to frag them up I have a few different zoas I can trade if you're interested, lmk and good luck with the fragging.

So I decided this morning I'd get my scalpel out and cut along the rock. Went well so I cut the mat as well and so far this is what I have. I still have a lot more going around the rock, which I'll do tomorrow.
