What to do?

Monticap (I think) has green,,, I will let the pic speak for itself.

Monticap got knocked over and was in the sand four about 3 days.
He's been upright for over a month but not only did color not come back, it looks like this now where it was in the sand.
What to do about this?

Next is my bird's nest (what's left of him)
Can it be saved? If so...
What to do?

The monti looks to be a turbinara coral. I'd just keep it out of the sand and let it heal. Keep things stable. The birdsnest you can frag.

I had the birdsnest higher in the tank and he lost all the skin.
I moved him down to where he is now.

I don't think it's warfare. It was like that when I placed him there last week.
