what to dose to get started with Triton if i am using CR ?

Its all in the directions that can be found online.
But if your going Triton Core 7 then yes start off with Core 7.
Recommend doses can be found in the documentation online.
Start with testing your water column and then move forward from there.
There is no aquarium that will match yours.

Your baseline paramiters IE freshly mixed saltwater is the starting point.
You can do a ICP test on it before starting Core 7.

Cycle the tank compleatly and test for the big three.
Start Core 7 when your parameters call for it not before.
Dose only what it will need to reach your desired parameters.

The supplements are there to add to individual deficiencies that the ICP results show.

Others here may not agree with me on this but thats how I have come to understand the method.

Yes I understand but I would think its one or the other.
But I have no definitive answere for you. Lets see what Triton says.
