You'd be better off mixing in some other frozen foods.

Seaweed, LRS, Rods food, mysis (on occasion). Don’t feed them stuff not found in the ocean. Seaweed is the most important of all.

Having 19 , about to be 20 tangs, these fish are herbivores and at minimum, you want to feed them:
-Spirulina brine shrimp
- LRS Herbivore diet
- mysis shrimp
- small plankton
- Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract
- Hikari Marine cuisine
- Formula 2 flake and frozen
- Hikari veggie marine

Add selcon vitamins to the foods 2-3X per week and on alternating days, garlic extract for stamina and immunity health

Mine get nori, mysis, pellets and enriched brine and whatever algae they can find. They are all fat, brightly colored and active so they seem just fine. I think nori on clips is one of the best things for them. They can graze on it for some time.

How often do you feed them?

I have about 8 tangs and 2 butterflies and other fish totaling up to 16.

I think I over feed but I enjoy seeing the fish nice and healthy. Feed them about two generously amounts of mysis + rods frozen two times a day with one full sheet of nori.

Mine get 4 dry feedings via apex feeder and 2 frizen
You will need more than mysis and rods
Add:
LRS herbivore diet
Hikari veggie diet
Hikari marine cuisine
Formula two frozen
Small plankton

What does the hikari marine cuisine look like? Anything I search for nets me a result of San Fransisco bay product for marine cuisine.

I second not giving your fish stuff that’s not found in the Ocean. I don’t remember who it was, but I attended a lecture years ago. He said, giving Lettuce, Broccoli, Peas, ETC. to your fish, was like giving Candy to someone who is malnourished.

Is there an online retailer or do you prepare the foods yourself? I don't have that many tangs, but they do make up the majority of my tank. For the most part they get a mixture of pellets, frozen mysis if they want the blocks I put in for the Chromis), and nori on the clips.

1xSailfin
1xVlamingi
1xYellow Eye Kole (though he'll be moving elsewhere if he doesn't stop bullying my Blenny and I can catch him)

1xBlonde Naso

None of mine will take nori, I’ve tried every brand, every type of holder, no go. They do like Vitalis rings, algae flakes and masstick, along with Mysis

Everybody but the Naso goes nuts for the Julien Springs Sea Veggies on the clips. The naso is the newest occupant and he appears to be shy. Of course the Vlamingi hits the seaweed clip like a great white hits a side of beef so that may be off putting to him.

Having 20 tangs, I get most food from live aquaria- best variety and prices
