In another week or so, I am going to try using Vibrant to rid my aquarium of turf algae. I'm going to start with 1ml per 10g once a week and see how it goes. I'll continue my usual feeding and water change regimen, and visually watch the livestock for any changes.
One of my initial worries is about the algae eating livestock I have. I've got quite a few snails, emerald crabs, an urchin, and a lawnmower blenny. I have algae wafers and spirulina flakes, so not worried about the emerald crabs and blenny. What worries me most is the two large turbo snails I have. They are always busy cleaning the glass, and they are huge. Any suggestions on what I can use to feed them until I am finished using Vibrant?
