What to put in my refugium?

Hello...
I have an eshopps R-200 refugium/sump for my 75G that is finally almost ready for water. Question is, what do I put in my refugium? I am going to put in some live rock rubble, some cheato (I won an algae scrubber, so I may not keep the cheato once I get the scrubber) and some pods in there for sure. Should I put in some sand? Cleaner crew? Anything else?

it a personal choice about nutrient reduction honestly.
You have some good choices already, Id go with that. dont spend money on the pods. Youll get em with the chato.
my only advice a few types of macro. diversity in intake and the red ones look cool.
BTW I have 0 CUC in my super fuge except hitchikers. Stoma bristles Iso/cope pods mysid shrimp asterina & feather dusters. not enough food for the crabs they started eating my macros.

oh yea bag of activated carbon. i like it next to the pump for some flow.
