Can anyone offer insight as to what this besides a “chalice”? How should it be grown as far as light and flow.

How can I help it? I’ve had it for only about 2 weeks
Might be getting too much light. Looks very faded and there’s recession on the edge. How much par is it getting. They like lower par around 75-130. Low flow

Do you have anything that could be bothering it?

How is everything else doing?

Everything else is great. I have frogspawns, a hammer, a dunkin , Yuma mushroom, candy canes, acans. I currently have it on the sand bed with about a third of it in the shade

Could be the shading and not enough light. Mine grow pretty good in low to medium direct par and i had one under an acclaimation box for a few months when i took it out it looked like this. Swinging or low alk will do this too.
