What type of tang??

Does anyone know what type of tang this is?? It's a juvenile so colors may not be developed yet. Thank you!!

I agree with the ID of Atlantic Blue Tang.
As do I although it's rare for them to have semi adult coloration that small, I saw huge variances in the wild. Some juveniles turned quickly whereas other adults kept yellow coloration until 5" or so. Fascinating fish
