I have 2, 1 that’s about 1.5 inches and another that’s about 3-4 inches. I think it’s a bristle worm should I keep them or just the small one?

Definitely just bristleworms.

You are free to release them but if it makes you feel better, just throw them away because you'll have plenty in your tank already

+1 on bristleworm. Some desire them while others like myself do not. They eat uneaten food and detritus as a benefit but also get to an easy 12" and multiply

This one looks like a dorvillidae worm and one I trust and welcome and is a relative of the bristle and very safe
