Hi everyone, I am wondering what would be a good regimen of nutritional supplements to go with my daily feedings.

1. Which nutritional supplements should I use?

2. How often should I use them?

So far I only know Aqua Forest V and American Marine Selcon Concentrate.

What are you currently feeding- that might give a clue into anything you could benefit from vs. suggesting things that might already be covered by your current food :)

I haven’t started my tank yet (hope I will soon), but I plan to feed a good mix of dry and frozen foods, maybe some frozen seafood one day every other week. :)

Basically brands like Hikari frozen foods, First Bite frozen foods, Ocean Nutrition Formula-1 and Formula-2 flakes and pellets, as well as Spirulina Flakes and Prime Reef Flakes. :)

Easy Reef’s Masstick Frozen Food, New Life Spectrum Thera A, Hikari Marine S and A, Julian Sprung’s Sea Veggies. :) And some locally produced bloodworm, brine, and Mysis cubes. :)

That’s about my full feeding plan. :) Also, nori sheets hehe.

Honestly, with that list, there's nothing you are missing nutrition wise. After that, any other products you add will be just for fun, preference, or your peace of mind.

Dang! Lol. Looks like I’ve done a lot of good research when it comes to high quality foods. I think I’ll get some Aqua Forest V and Selcon Concentrate and alternate between them, with these supplements for feedings 2 days a week. Other than that I will just feed as usual.

Yup- you've knocked it out of the park! In time, you'll experiment and find ones you like better than others and the combinations that make you and your fish the happiest!
