just curious as to what size tank your putting lights over...looking into radions to go over a 40 gal greeder...but didn't know which would be better 2x15's or 1 gen4 pro...:)

I have the xr15s over my 75 gallon. The par is fine for a 40 and would recommend it, but the gen4 would be fine also I think.

I would get:
1 DOS to replace my aging Bubble Magus - $350
1WXM module - $125
1 Reef Octopus HOB skimmer for my angler tank - $230
1 XR-15 - $400

Totals around $1100 but I think I can chip in $100 for all that.

A 4 pump extension unit for my bubble magnus, a small frag tank set up, and a ton of corals. Still a lot of bare rock after my wipeout in the spring.:(

I would buy a savings account and put all the money in it and forget that it exists[emoji12] I'm tired of spending money on reef related objects now=(

Oh no, maybe it's time to do some fragging and recoop some cash from some local reefers.

Common sense tells me to spend it on equipment to upgrade my nano.

But if I was handed the $1K risk free, I'd buy a Pelicier's Perchlet!

Well, since the person I bought it from didn't have 2 I just got the 1. On the other side I have some cheap 1200gph head I got from Amazon. Later I will upgrade but don't have the money. Back to the mp10 it's amazing! With the reeflink it's all on your Phone so you just hit "feed" and it lowers the pump speed. Another bad feature is when it's on 80%+ it becomes to loud for me so I keep it under that. Over all it works great! I would definitely reconsider it for Christmas. Also on a 40 gallon I think you would only need one. It pushes a lot of water!

Going on 5-6yrs I think. Just one of those things that I would like to upgrade at some point.
