Is it splitting? To much light? To much flow? Disease?

I forgot to add that It's on a rock with an orange setosta and some green thing that I forgot the name of, both sps corals. Does that matter?

Not really, but it's interesting that it's at the same par as some SPS. Have you changed intensity or spectrum recently?
No, but I did just move from a 25gal into a 220. That being said it was already like this and it's only been a week in the new tank.

From what I've read they can like a pretty high par which it was and still is getting about the same amount. Perhaps I should break off the SPS corals and move it down low or perhaps it's just splitting? The brown color looks more like decay (at least to me) but what do I know.

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
