Sick cabbage leather?

Hello,I got this beautiful green cabbage leather about 2 weeks ago and it has these dark green poly like spots on it and has been closing up a lot more.He is still fully stretched out during the day but now he has shriveled up.I was hoping if someone would help me identify if this is a sicknesse, or just a normal thing.

The cabbage should be laying flat on the rocks, seeing it turned up like that makes me feel its reaching up for more light.

Can you share more info about your parameters, type of lighting and flow?
