Whats going on with my nem?!

Im probably in the wrong section but if anyone's able to help me out I'd grr a try appreciate it!!!

The last week she's been having issues where her mouth opens wide and she expells little pink strings. We had issues with our waters salinity thanks to the place we got our water from putting too much salt in. We also had high phosphates and we were told to do 60% to 70% water change two to 3 times with 4 days between water changes. Our big anenome made her bed in the sand so that's what makes me think she might have a bacterial infection. She's moved out of the sand and took a little walk and is now on the glass but she hasn't improved in her health. We have another water change on Sunday but if anyone has any ideas on how to heal it I'd appreciate it greatly!

Tank is 1.5 years old and we've had it for 3months

Ok that works.
I’d do nothing but make sure your salinity remains unchanged at 1.026
They are quite resilient but love stabilized chemistry

I see a BTA in front of what looks like an LTA?
Is that correct?

LTA normally will not stick to rocks and favours the sand bed.

Has the clown picked one as home?
BTA hosts that clown normally in reef tanks.

Is there any chance that it got beat up by the clown?

I was told they were both BTA. The person I got both of them from had their BTAs split and she sold me 2 of the splits.

Also no the clown hasn't hosted either of them. He's still favoring his pineapple

Had to check, LTAs are mostly found in the sand, or poking from a crevice with foot still in the sand, buts not an absolute. Not all BTAs bubble, mine transitions over months from bubble to thin and longer, then back.

If I rule out water chemistry, (which should have affected the other one) and I rule out the parameter change on the same premise, it leaves attack which is not overly unusual and can occur down the road especially when spawning cycle occurs.

Looks like it ran away, up the glass for safety?

1.5 year old tank and 3 month successful nem…..I’m stumped on that one.
