Can anyone possibly help me figure out whats going on with my triggerfish and a treatment for him thanks in advance

That could be excess skin mucus or it could be bacterial growths from injuries.

How long has it had these?
Can you post a picture/video under white light?
Is it showing any other symptoms?
What other fish are in with it?
