WHATS HAPPENING TO MY FAVIA

I just bought this Favia coral a week ago. I believe it is in 90-100 PAR, mostly blue light. It’s starting to look fleshy and turning white (see pictures below). What could be the cause of this? My Alk is stable and my calcium is around 420-440 ppm.

I also bought an Acan coral at the same time as the Favia. Both places in the tank at the same time too. Its tentacles haven’t come out, but thankfully there’s no bleaching occurring. It won’t eat when I try to feed it either.

Just a guess (as it's hard to see in the image), but it may need more PAR being an LPS, ie: somewhere in the 150 or so range.

The two small favias I have right now are in the 175-200 PAR range,

I kinda agree on more light I have favia at the top of my tank its encrusting . probably needs more flow too

Yea my favia are in 200.

OP what are your complete tank parameters and age of the tank?
