There def in range of each other so I was thinking it might be stinging

If something was stinging it it wouldn't be so fluffy.

Look under at the stalk for somthing.

Look under the the green head and look at the hard skeleton for anything. Check next time lights are off.

I thought maybe as well, but not Duncan’s.
Pic below is trumpet next to Duncan and hammer with no issues.
But I have seen trumpets with non green areas like that.
How long in tank?
When did they develop?
But notice the green hammer has an area of dark….this seems to coincide with shading from light source.
But again, not overly uncommon, some trumpets are mainly brownish.

Been in the tank about probably 6 months tanks been running for almost 2 years now. Haven't tested for anything besides salinity in over a year. Your thinking it might possibly just be a natural color? I haven't noticed any increase in it fading and in fact I noticed it got more color back so I'm assuming it's probably nothing might move them tho just to be safe and free up room
