What's on my anemone?

There are two of these on it. They started out small and have gotten bigger. Im not sure if it's something like a hernia, something has bored into it, or if it's some kind of growth. The anemone isn't acting well but does show some signs of life, inflating some...but not near what it did before. I'm going to have to post pics in the replies because I can't figure out how to post them from the phone.
 
The full anemone you see towards the right is NOT the same anemone. It's just against it.

Looks like it birthed a green bubble tip, does it have long white tentacles ..Pic 2 looks crazy

It's a black widow. It can't birth a green bta. It does have some stringy tentacle like things, but it doesn't look like an anemone. If it is, it's not healthy, cause it never pumps up.

I was looking below the Black Widow in pic 2...Can you get underneath it with tongs?
Is it like 8 little baby Black Widows?
 
It look like you have the column ruptured and the inner of the anemone protrude out.
