What's size pump

Unfortunately it isn't a yes or no answer. You will need to provide some more information on your setup. A lot of factors go into the size of return pump needed (head loss due to vertical length of pipe, horizontal length, number of 90 and 45 degree bends, unions, valves, reactors, etc.) There are a number of good calculators out there that will help you with your decision.
 
That should be ok (a little low though) as long as you have a typical setup of about a meter from the pump to the tank. I run around 700 gph (2660 lph) on a 900 gph (3420 lph) rated pump with the a similar sized tank. You will definitely need in-tank pumps/powerheads though for increased water movement.

500 liters = 131 gallons
2000 liters = 526
 
If this is just for flow, I'd say you'd need at least 4000L for your 10x the turn over rate.
