What's that fish

Thanks for the good advice. I have 2 small tanks of about 6 gallons each, but not your normal rectangle tanks, these are tall round vase style tanks, in fact not designed for fish but I think they are great. In one I have plants and coral, snails and hermit crabs and a few arapedes and a very small serran, I then found the fish that bongo shrimp kindly identified and then another of the same. In other words I don't have much to lose if things go west. I live by the sea so i am able to change half the water twice a week and I have a really cool Eheim skimmer that works a treat. In the other I have shrimps. I am new at this and so far so good, thanks again for the advice. Charlie
