What's this bubble on my anemone?

Trying to figure out what this bubble is that's forming on my anemones mouth area. Any ideas would be great thanks!

Is that it’s mouth? It’s strange but sometimes nems will open their mouths and spill their guts. Sometimes it’s a sign they’re not happy but I’m following. Curious to know as well.

It looks like the belly protruding from the mouth? I've never seen that so can't say for sure.

I’ve seen this on sebae nems before. Kind of looks like it’s spilling its guts.

I've had it on some of my nems after they split. It morphed into it's mouth over time.

Seen this as well after a split. Wonder if it could occur when a split is about to happen?

Actually it did start about two weeks ago when it's spit off a baby.

Are you feeding it? My anemones sometimes look like that right after eating.
