HA! Not sure but polyps do weird things sometimes.

A few of my polyps do that every once and a while, I don't know what they are doing or why they are doing it though.

I think it's part of their digestion process,they're either going expel zoanthelae or just poo.

They just do that sometimes but usally they will open up.
