What's wrong with my Tang's eye?

I just noticed when I got home today that one of my Sailfin Tang's eyes is bulging out if his head. What is this? It looks like his eye is going to pop out of his head....is this some kind of disease?

Possibly popeye.

looks like bluto got a left hook in. i've had fish with popeye before. i just let them go and fed with garlic/selcon soaked mysis and nori. healed themselves right up.

Thanks for the replies...a quick google of popeye and I think you guys are right. Hopefully he will make a quick recovery, it really looks disgusting.

I have a yellow tang that had the same thing that yours has. I just feed it good and it went away on it's own. That was years ago and it never came back.
