I'm sure this has been asked, but what is everyone's favorite fish in their DT? Mine is my grump Dusky Jawfish :). Send pictures!

What's your favorite?
I don't have any yet :( My new 50 gallon is on the way, and the 200 gallon peninsula won't be shipped until the end of the month, and my sump won't ship until March. I really like clams and plan on having several, and I think the emperor angel is awesome, possibly a bamboo shark, laboutei, anything only after a ton of research. I'm still setting up, so I'm just starting to look around at what other people really like to get a good idea on a start of a stock list.

Hey speaking of the orange spotted goby, mine does not, lack of a better word, inhale the sand like that. I've never seen him do it. Normal? Sorry not hijacking the thread but seeing that video though made me curious.

It’s totally fine! That is strange that yours doesn’t sift the sand... if he’s alive he must have found a way to eat so I wouldn’t worry about it

It seems they’re slow growers!

How big would you expect yours to top out at? LiveAquaria says 10” and FishBase says 15” but I’ve asked 10+ members, some of who’ve kept their Purples and similar Tangs (Zebrasoma, except Sailfins) for 5+ and 10+, some 20+ and largest I’ve heard was 7-8”.
