I finally have some colony's that I would like to frag, but I have some questions:

What are the rules of the road for fragging sticks? Is there a minimum length they need to be? What do you do for best mortality of a frag?

Thanks!

I dont think there is a minimum a long as your water quality is good, I've had accidental crumbs break off and grown into encrusted frags.

Thanks for the quick reply. I had some trouble with my salt level, which I have determined was bad calibration fluid for my refractometer. Everything has been stable for a few days now, so things are looking up on that front.

I have a frag tank setup that I would like to get some back up frags into. Should something like that happen to my display, and wipe out my tank. Do you think I should wait to frag for a week or two to make sure the salt level has stabilized? Also the frag tank has been up for about 8 months now.
