When is the best time to feed the acros? When the lights just turned on, middle of the day, shortly after the lights are off, or at midnight?

Night, when there is maximal polyp extension.

Night when the kids aren’t wrapped up in sports activities, first thing when the lights come on when they are. Gotta fit my schedule too. No issues so I’m not sure it matters much but I do have a healthy pod and plankton population too. I feed the fish thawed frozen mysis and I am sure the coral eat all those loose floating eyeballs.
