so I have a couple sps and lps and I was wondering the best time to feed? before or after the lights go out? I will be feeding reef chili

Both my sps and lps have greater polyp extension at night after lights are off so that's when I like to feed.

I've been using reef roids and waiting until after the lights are out to feed. Turn off the pumps and spot feed a little cloud to each and let it sit for a few minutes (10-15). There was a video somewhere where one of the big names spoke about the night time feeding being better than daytime. And, Amino's during daytime for some reason.
