I am brand new into the Apex and aquarium controller world.
Got my Apex 2016 with one EB832 power bar. Everything is hooked up, and I am connected into the system locally (have not done the Fusion link up yet).
On my Dashboard I am only showing this:

I don't seem to have any of the power bar main outlets showing, and I can't seem to find them.
The outputs tab only shows this:

It looks as though the EB832 is connected properly, as under the modules tab I show this:

The setup instructions indicated that there would be pre-configured outputs, but I'm not having any luck here.

Any advice, or guidance for a controller noobie?

Click your lock button and it will show you all your outlets. Then drag them down to your dashboard.

Thanks for the reply @DarthSimon

Yeah...I forgot to add that into my initial post....there are no available ports/outlets, or anything to add to the dashboard under the lock button.

Not sure why your outlets aren't showing up, but did you should setup your Apex out of the box with fusion. If your Apex brain is connected via AquaBus cable to your EB832 your outlets should be there. Possibly a reset is in order?? Or Power Cycle your Apex....

Looks like your probes aren't wet yet. Go through the whole process below.

Thanks for the tip @DarthSimon
I just watched it again to assure I didn't miss something, however, I had watched it twice before, and also followed the getting started section on the Neptune website to a 'T'.

Do you feel that a Factory Reset, and start over is a logical next step?

That was the nuclear approach, the simpler approach would have been to update the EB832 on the module list.

Glad you got it working though

Yes but his apex was brand new... That’s what I do with all my modules if they act weird. Just send it an update and it resets mod.....

Glad it worked....

Just for my own edification and knowledge...
@jonmos75 , you referenced updating the EB832 on the module list. Can you explain for me, please.
Do you mean deleting the module, then reconnecting to it?

But, yes, I am normally a little weary of sticking bent paper clips into small holes, however, the unit is brand new and I was performing the initial setup.
However, additional knowledge for future troubleshooting is always welcome.

Old post, but the module update on the EB832 just worked for me to get the outlets to show up. Thanks!
