Where can I find these?

I have this gripper bolt thing that was from an old metal halide mount. I’m using it to ceiling mount a kessil light, and it enables the light to move up and down a steel cable mounted to the ceiling. I want to mount 5 to 6 new kessil a360 x light this way, but cant find these things. Kessil says the screw thread is m3 12 mm on the new light. Any thoughts?

The Aquatic Life hybrid fixtures use a very similar if not identical device. You could contact them here and see if they can either tell you their source or just sell you a few.
