Dear all

I got ICP test early October 2020 and the tin was too high. After this I did water change 25% x 2. From then, every few weeks I lost some hammers, frogspawns and torchs. Their polyps were dropped off the seketons

- Using Tropic Marin Pro Reef salt
- RO/DI TDS=0
- Not using activated carbon
- Using frag disks that made from cement

Is there any weirdo? Where is tin from?

Thanks in advance

Do you have any soft flexible tubing? That could be a source. Rusting pumps, magnets, or other metal things both inside and out? Corroding metal door hinges? Any new glass (glass is floated on molten tin)? Run an algae magnet through your sandbed see if anything magnetic is picked up. What level tin did you detect and the company?

Okay. Have you noticed a problem with corals because of the tin? If its many years old its probably not leeching but possibly. Id inspect your magnets for bulging cracks or sighns of rust.

If tin is the only metal elevated, the problem probably isn't a corroding metal. Think "plastics".
