Where to order a custom corner overflow?

I need a standard right corner 90 degree overflow box made. Nothing crazy but I would like it to come with a top and I'd like some of the teeth knocked out so I can route loc-line through it for my return. I contacted Melev's reef a few days ago but haven't got a response back. Any other places to get this work done?

IMHO the easiest thing to do is make one out of pvc. for instance large diameter pvc can be put around a pipe for hob or drilled overflow. And serve the same functions as a corner box.
