My white spotted puffer has been puffing up lately, anyone know why ? The other day my temperature was at 81 Mabey he was too hot now it’s at 78 and he puffed up again . Anyone know why?

I have a stars and stripes too, mine puffs from time to time to just stretch. I wouldn't be too concerned by it. Watch to see if it continues to do it. but check your levels and see if other fish are nipping or bothering it
