Which bulbs for a powercompact fixture?

Traded bit of rock for a 4x65 watt pc fixture by current. Wanting to replace the 4x 54 watt t5ho I'm using now. But what bulbs do I wanna get? There seems be be a wide range of choices and I may get some better growth using different bulbs. Right now I have 2x10,000k and 2x 460nm actinic. I've heard that 6500 helps corals grow as well. So I dunno if I wanna get these bulbs I seen that we're 50/50 -10000/6500. Or what. Also seen some that were 12000/460. Biggest thing is right now I have actinic coming on 2 hrs before 10000 and opposite when they go off. For dusk and dawn effect. Any help?

I would stick with the T5s.

The PC is old technology.

You will get better results with T5 vs. PC aven though the PCs have higher wattage.

Plus PCs have about 75% of the life when compared to T5s.
