Which Fish do I add first?

After cycling the 75 g tank which fish should be added first, and which one last? also does this seem like a good stocking list for a 75 g, should I add more or less?

kole yellow eye tang
2 perc clownfish
dwarf anglefish (not sure which one yet)
kaudern's cardinal
blue spotted watchman goby
blood red fire shrimp
clean up crew, snails, hermit crabs

Clean up crew first and shrimp, then, in order, goby, cardinal, angelfish, clownfish, tang. I'd research the goby again before you settle on it. There's a lot of dead ones because people don't research them.

I would add the clown fish last especially if you plan on giving them an anemone, they will stand up to any fish whether it be peaceful or aggressive!!! Go with the ocellaris clowns, they won't get bigger than 3-3,1/2" and are prob more peaceful than the rest of the clownfish species
