which flow does this frogspawn prefer?

So I've been trying to decide which flow this frogspawn prefers, so far i can't tell so i'm hoping someone here has a better eye than me. First one is with just the HOB filter on. The second one is with the HOB filter and the wavemaker together (already at min random power). It doesn't seem to retract with the wavemaker but it looks like it's getting tossed around a little much right?

woah interesting... i would have thought most ppl would have said the bottom one was too aggressive.. i guess leave it with the higher flow and see how it does
