Which Powerheads To Go With?

I will be setting up a 140g 48x31.5x24 tank but I was wondering if I should go with a MP40 on each side and two MP10s on the back or just run two MP60s on each side?

I was just wondering if even if I have them set at low flow if they'd be too powerful?

They wouldn't be too powerful in low flow mode. I have an Mp-60 on my 36x36x20 tank and it's set about 1/2 ways and it's fine. I would love to turn it up to about 3/4 but my sand bed would fly around.
