White Anemone

So being pretty new to the hobby we went to the LFS for their big sales over the holiday weekend and they had some very cool white nems. Getting it home i'm reading up on the care and it sounds like what they sold me was a bleached nem. Can anyone confirm that is the case , he looks really good and he took a small piece of shrimp and ate it. As you can see in the picture we have another nem that is happy and colorful. Is there anything i should be doing?

Please disregard the plastic egg crate, My powder brown is fighting with a newly added tang so they are separated for a while.
