White blebs from birds nest polyps?

Hi,

Photo attached with red arrows highlighting these thick white protrusions (many in the pic). There are many, appear to be protruding from polyps. Recently fed the tank, anything to do with that? Or something more concerning?

Possibly branching? I know when I had a few birdsnest they would start to have little nipples and then branch.
