Noticed this white bump on my hammers flesh this evening, and fairly sure it’s new. Is this anything to be concerned about?

Photo taken after lights out, with a flashlight for lighting. It’s normally very puffed up. Seems healthy, one head just split and is in the process of splitting again (the one right above the bump) and another head is also splitting.

Looks like possibly the start of a baby polyp. Hammers will often spit out babies from the flesh band too
