White cloudy eye clown fish

Have had this clown fish for three years and it was a baby when I got it. It looks super healthy but it’s right eye has this massive white mass on it. What is this?

is he eating normally? might be flukes. try a fw dip.

Yep eating like a horse and very active. One singular fluke on his eye?
