Hello Everyone,
I have got a Naso Elegans 4 Months ago. Since then he had something fluffy on his swimming arm. Only the one side. So far, I tried to make a treatment by feeding him with garlic but nothing has changed. He was always eating good Nori, he eats only nori, garlic and mysis. I dont know which disease is this and I need a treatment because it started to grow on him. I tried to take it out with my hand but it did grow back.
i have a Blue tang he is chasing him from time to time.
Thanks for any help in advance.

That looks like Lymphocystis, a self-limiting viral disease. It may spread a bit more, but eventually it will go into remission and fade away.
If you can take a clearer picture taken under white light, I can better confirm that this is what it is.

Thank you Jay for your answer it made me feel slightly better. I will try to take a picture under white light. Do you think it will be better If I move my blue tang to other aquarium for a week so that Naso can feel better? I think Blue tang puts naso under stress.
Hope this helps
