Any idea what’s on this fish? It’s new, still eating.

This may be result of an injury but pic is super blurry to confirm what it is. Please resubmit pic(s) under white lighting and assure camera lens and tank glass are clean

This is what we see:

This is as good as I can get
Still fuzzy but better. Im not sure if im seeing rash from injury or Head erosion associated with HLLE. To tackle both injuries, best would be to place fish in quarantine tank and treat for a week with Seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2. It is Important to assure you offer Good water quality and test ammonia with a Reliable, not cheap test kit and provide more than just pellets and flakes such as : Mysis shrimp, LRS herbivore diet, spirulina brine shrimp, small plankton and Hikari marine cuisine.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
