White patch near right eye of blue lip.

Hi Experts, noticed a white patch developing near right eye of my blue lip.. she is still active and eating well. Any thoughts on what it could be?

The same is not seen on the left eye.

That is the sclera of the eye. That can protrude when an eye is injured, or if popeye develops. It is pretty minor in this case, os unless it gets worse, I wouldn't worry about it.
